I personally would stay far away from this. I put this image in google to do a reverse image search and this dress is posted on a lot of other social media accounts. Obviously more than 1 shop can have it, but it seems like an image that’s used a lot and maybe they’re selling a fake low quality version of it if they’re somewhat “legit”

There’s no website. There is absolutely no way they are going to send you a dress that looks anything like the dress in the picture. Not for under $1000.

If you don’t have a physical address and phone number for them, do not send them your money.

Where are they based out of? Can you find evidence of the company elsewhere online? Sometimes things truly are too good to be true, I would not order unless protected by a website with return policy since you aren’t seeing anyone in person for fitting

It’s a scam. Trust me, I ordered this for my wedding. Similar story. Except what I got was a Halloween costume. You know those crusty frayed flowers you find on the back of gramma’s toilet glued on a knitted tissue box cover? Those are comparably pretty.

There is no way this place is legit, it’s either an outright scam or you will receive a very inferior product. It would be impossible for them make a beautiful gown like that and still profit, so logically we know it’s not possible, and it also has all the key hallmarks of a scam - too good to be true pricing, little web presence, payment and ordering through random apps.

If you are set on online ordering I would really go with Etsy and look into their reviews before buying anything. I’m sure you could find something similar to this dress from an actual reputable seller on there. Good luck!

Scam. There's no way this type of dress is 1k. Too detailed. No website is also a red flag in this case. It'd definitely turn into a shein situation. If it's to good to be true, it probably is. You could get a custom dressmaker and show the picture to them.

I once found a website with dresses that looked all like this all under 1k the website was called jancember and im not sure if they are legit but if they are its 100% got some labor issues. I did see reviews for quincinera dresses but not for wedding.

90% of websites are scams. If it's not a known brand like Azazie,  Cocomelody,  Maggie Soterro, Watters,Dessy, or the established designers, it's safe to assume it's a scam. It's not uncommon for places like Promgirl, JJsHouse, Alibaba, etc to steal photos from actual designers and present their stuff as legit. If they say they have it available in all colors and overnight shipping, it's a scam.Trustpilot is fairly accurate when in doubt.

I love how they point out they have "banking restrictions" but don't seem to think that would be a red flag to anyone they are trying to pay.  Banks don't "restrict" you unless you have done something you aren't supposed to be doing, so why would I trust that you are on the up and up with me?

Ugh, this reminds me that wedding websites seem to attract a lot of scammers, probably because they include lots of older guests who aren't savvy. Be warned!

My nephew used a site for his wedding this summer: we had to RSVP through the site for the various events and log in to upload and download photos, look at the gift registry, share rides, etc. 

It was all quite convenient, until someone's email got hacked and we all got an invitation to a nonexistent afterparty with a link to click to RSVP that then tried to get our personal data and some kind of reservation payment. At which point I blocked, deleted, and wrote an irate email to the person I thought had sent the invite.

When did this happen to you? Did you manage to solve? I have been dragged in a scam group, and I have written to all participants that it's a scam group, and happened the same to me. I was just trying to help people, prevent them from being scammed, do some good, and now I'm banned. Hope i will get my account back, I'm still waiting, but never again I will help randoms. I even disabled in the privacy before being banned that people I don't know can add me to groups.
